Underwood Air Conditioning Warehouse is a large HVAC and Electrical wholesale business located in Underwood, QLD. We opened our doors in October 2023 and have since become a leading player in the supply of HVAC units and equipment to the trade industry.

We are currently looking to hire a new staff member for the role of Warehouse Administrator. In this role you will have several responsibilities ranging from servicing customers to handling warehouse duties.

Average Day in the Role:

  • Taking orders via the point of sale, both in person and via phone/email.

  • Answering product questions from clients and making recommendations on best options for their needs.

  • Handling general administrative duties, such as stock-keep, till-check, website maintenance and shelf stocking.

  • Assisting with managing company social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong sense of accountability and meticulous work ethic.

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding expected KPIs.

  • High level of customer service and sales skills.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Open to constructive feedback and coaching.

  • Eager to learn and grow your skills and knowledge.

  • Hold a valid Driver's License.

  • Bilingual (Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable but not required).

  • Previous experience within a sales/admin role (preferable but not required).

Hours: As a business we open from 7am to 5pm on Weekdays and 7am - 12pm on Saturdays. In this role you would work Monday through Friday, either on the early shift 7am - 3:30pm, or the late shift 8:30am - 5pm. You will also have the option to work Saturdays and be expected to whenever you are able, which is a 7am - 12pm shift. (Paid Separately from main salary).

Salary & Benefits: This is a full-time permanent position with a starting salary of $60,000pa + Super + Commissions + Annual & Sick Leave
