Are you passionate about hospitality and looking to grow your career? The Laundy Hotels Group are seeking a friendly and motivated Bar & Gaming Attendants to join our teams across the region.

• Northlakes Tavern - Charmhaven
• Long Jetty Hotel – Long Jerry
• The Orana Hotel – Blacksmiths
• Chittaway Bay Hotel – Chittaway Bay
• Settlers Tavern – West Gosford
• Tea Gardens – Tea Gardens

The Opportunity:

As a Bar & Gaming Attendant you will be responsible for:

• Handling cash and transactions with accuracy
• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Ensuring the bar area and equipment are clean, well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards
• Assisting customers with gaming machines ensuring compliance with gaming regulations
• Providing exceptional customer service and responding promptly to customer requests
• Following all relevant health, safety and security procedures
• Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to a positive and productive working environment

Who Are You:

• Excellent communicator & team player
• Gaming Attendant experience preferred
• Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all customers
• Sound competency in the end-to-end sequence of service
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, 7-day-a-week work environment
• Evening and weekend shifts included
• Career development opportunities in a supportive team

Requirements:

Valid NSW RSA and RCG –ARCG highly desirable
