About the Role:

As a Gaming Attendant, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing exceptional customer service in our gaming room

- Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policies

- Handling cash and payouts with accuracy and efficiency

- Operating gaming machines and assisting customers with troubleshooting

- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area

- Supporting bar and TAB operations as required

As a Bar Attendant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

  • Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed

  • Take customer orders and handle payments efficiently

  • Engage with patrons in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Support team members during busy periods and events

  • TAB & Keno

What You Need:

Valid RSA, RCG & ARCG (NSW) – Must-have to apply

Previous gaming or hospitality experience highly regarded

Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality

Ability to work a mixed roster (nights, weekends, and public holidays)

A keen eye for detail and a proactive work ethic

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
