What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Coordinate and publish daily/weekly work schedules for PAS activities at the base.
Allocate resources, trades, and subcontractors to tasks in line with priority and contractual response times.
Ensure urgent works and unplanned tasks are integrated into schedules with minimal disruption.
Accurately enter, update, and close work orders in PAS systems (e.g., SAP, GEMS, CMMS).
Liaise with PAS Manager, Supervisors, subcontractors, and Defence representatives to confirm work readiness.
Coordinate with the Technical Services Hub for alignment on asset data, compliance requirements, and scheduling procedures.
What You'll Bring
Experience in maintenance or works scheduling within facilities management, asset management or logistics environments
Certificate III in Business or Logistics (mandatory)
Certificate IV in Asset Management
White Card and site access credentials (desirable)
Ability to obtain and retain Defence Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required)
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-trade or multi-discipline work programs
