Key Responsibilities:
The position is reporting to Manager Product Parts & Technical Service and part of the Product Parts Management team. Main responsibility is to operationally manage the spare parts, consumables and accessories assortment. Being a contact point on general questions and update/support of designated items. Being a key role in the AM category on supporting business development.
Main Tasks
- Phase-in and phase-out of Spare Parts, Consumables and Accessories (without product model) including correct setup in ERPs, STEP and other key systems to ensure that the right assortment is orderable.
- Coordinate P&A data management including parts registration in REX and other key ERPs
- Secure excellent data quality for spare parts and accessories (without product model)
- Categorize and set prizing including classification for spare parts and accessories (without product model) in PHS++
- Manage Part Lists/Spare Parts BOMs and Illustrated Part Lists ensuring right spare parts assortment and easy to find
- Act as support and represent the department on cross function tasks and projects
- Be a senior member of the team on developing, proposing and implementing improvements on ways of working and processes.

- Self-starter with strong drive and sense of urgency
- Ability to work cross functionally
- Able to maintain attention to detail while executing multiple tasks.
- Customer and service minded
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Specific/Critical education, experiences & knowledge
- Minimum a bachelor university degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in related experience in administration and data management.
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel), ERP management.
- Technical knowledge and understanding would be a plus.
