We're looking for caring, reliable Disability Support Workers with experience to join our team that supports NDIS participants and youths with mental health and psychosocial needs.

The individuals we are seeking will have experience as a disability support worker and/or youth worker in the mental health sector with a background in supporting participants with presentations including ASD, ADHD, ODD, OCD, Schizophrenia, anxiety and depression.

Shifts Available:

  • Day shifts: 8.00am to 7.00pm (various shifts Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday)
  • Saturday: 9.30am to 1.30pm

Location: Ipswich, Inala and Logan area – must be willing to travel to these areas.

What You'll Do:

Support daily personal care, meal preparation and routines

Assist with community access and appointments

Encourage independence and work toward life goals

Build respectful, trust-based relationships

About You:

Experience supporting individuals with a range of psychosocial needs

Strong communicator, calm and compassionate

Full work rights in Australia

Own vehicle with comprehensive insurance

Cert. III in Individual Support (desirable)
