Additional information:
- This role is Permanent Full-time, 76hrs/fortnight
- Applications close Wednesday 19th November 2025
- You will work out of both IKEA Logan and IKEA North Lakes depending on workload
- This role requires availability to work Monday – Sunday, between the hours of 6:00am and 4:00pm.
- Experience in retail fit-outs, furniture assembly, or similar will be highly regarded, but a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

- Work closely with our com-in team to build, assemble, and maintain IKEA products and custom solutions.
- Ensure all work meets IKEA's high standards for safety, durability, and sustainability.
- Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve carpentry challenges, delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
- Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused environment where innovation and attention to detail are valued.

You are a hands-on professional with a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in carpentry, or furniture assembly, with strong knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
