Assistant Manager
to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our
Castle Towers Store
. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

  • Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
  • Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
  • Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
  • Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
  • A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
  • An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
  • A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
