Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing advisory and engineering team.
  • Embed security into project delivery cycles, including design, implementation, and testing.
  • Provide advisory support on IT cybersecurity, with understanding of OT desirable.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership to strengthen security posture.
  • Drive continuous improvement in security frameworks, tooling, and processes.

Does your experience look something like this?

  • Proven experience in cybersecurity leadership, advisory, or consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles; OT experience is a plus.
  • Experience in secure delivery, vulnerability management, secure coding, or cloud/on-prem technologies (Azure preferred).
  • Strong team management skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Hands-on familiarity or strong understanding of security frameworks such as OWASP SAMM, NIST, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, SABSA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Australian citizenship required (potential clearance may be needed).
