We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Experience Manager to join our Trivett Subaru Retail Centre in Essendon. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in leading our in-store Customer Experience Team while delivering a seamless and engaging sales journey for our customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Retail Centre Manager, you will:

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Customer Experience Team to deliver an exceptional sales experience.
  • Represent Subaru as a trusted advisor, supporting customers in-store and online – from enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
  • Assist in achieving business success including sales targets and Finance & Insurance performance.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
  • Sell Finance & Insurance products in collaboration with our Central F&I team.
  • Deliver a "Customer First" approach by building strong rapport, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Assist customers with enquiries about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
About You

You are a people-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic automotive sales environment. Passionate about cars, technology, and customer experience, you bring both sales drive and genuine care for customers and your team.

You will also bring:

  • Proven experience in sales (automotive experience highly regarded).
  • Previous exposure to Finance & Insurance.
  • Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
