THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of our specialist remedial projects. From tank linings to crack injections, trafficable membranes to negative-side waterproofing—you'll take ownership of on-site execution, crew coordination, and quality control.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate waterproofing and concrete remediation works
  • Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with timeline, budget, and quality expectations
  • Run daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and SWMS compliance
  • Conduct QA inspections (e.g., DFT testing, photo documentation)
  • Communicate with clients and internal ops team
  • Identify and escalate job variations, risks, or improvements

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior site leadership experience in construction or remedial trades
  • Solid knowledge of concrete repair, coatings, or waterproofing systems
  • Strong communication, organisational, and people skills
  • Commitment to safety and QA compliance
  • White Card and current driver's licence (essential)
  • Relevant waterproofing certifications (a bonus)
