THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor to lead the delivery of our specialist remedial projects. From tank linings to crack injections, trafficable membranes to negative-side waterproofing—you'll take ownership of on-site execution, crew coordination, and quality control.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate waterproofing and concrete remediation works
- Lead and motivate site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure project delivery aligns with timeline, budget, and quality expectations
- Run daily site meetings, toolbox talks, and SWMS compliance
- Conduct QA inspections (e.g., DFT testing, photo documentation)
- Communicate with clients and internal ops team
- Identify and escalate job variations, risks, or improvements
ABOUT YOU
- Prior site leadership experience in construction or remedial trades
- Solid knowledge of concrete repair, coatings, or waterproofing systems
- Strong communication, organisational, and people skills
- Commitment to safety and QA compliance
- White Card and current driver's licence (essential)
- Relevant waterproofing certifications (a bonus)

- Remuneration- Competitive salary circa $110K-$130K + superannuation, dual cab late model utility, mobile phone and tablet/laptop
