About the role

We are seeking an experienced On Site Residential Supervisor to join our growing team at Hasl Renovations on the Gold Coast

As an On Site Residential Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within the agreed timelines.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams on-site

Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Identifying and resolving any issues or problems that arise on-site in a timely manner

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, budgets, and timelines

Providing guidance, support, and training to the construction team

Maintaining accurate records and documentation

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as an On Site Residential Supervisor or in a similar role

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficient in reading and interpreting design plans and specifications

Proven track record of successfully completing residential construction projects

Relevant qualifications or certifications in building, carpentry or a related field.
