About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented
Sales and Export Coordinator
to join our Sales and Marketing Team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless end-to-end customer service and export operations, with a focus on managing contracts, coordinating international shipments, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer contracts and oversee the full Order-to-Delivery process
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, invoicing, and documentation for international exports
• Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, shipping schedules, and variations
• Prepare accurate customer documentation packs and support bulk shipment processes
• Assist with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM data maintenance
• Collaborate with internal teams on system upgrades and process improvements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum five years' experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience preparing business documents such as contracts, invoices, certificates of origin and letters of credit.
• Proficiency in SAP and confidence in navigating transactions.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to build trusted relationships.

Location

TLEA proudly acknowledges and the Whadjuk and Gnaala Karla Boodja people of the Noongar Nation, as the traditional custodians of the Kwinana area, where we operate our plant.

Kwinana is 38 km from the Perth central business district, 20 km from City of Fremantle and just 7km from Rockingham. This role will work predominately within a Kwinana location with some travel to our Perth CBD office.
