Admin & Marketing Assistant (3-Month Internship)

Would you like to gain hands-on experience in international education, HR operations and marketing role? Then this opportunity is for you We are looking for a motivated candidate for a 3-month internship in an Admin & Marketing Assistant role.

Position Details

-Employment Type: 3-Month Internship

(Transportation and meal allowance provided)

-Location: Suite 1608/87-89 Liverpool St, Sydney NSW 2000

-Work hours: Weekdays, 9:00am–5:30pm

-Open to Working Holiday Visa holders and Student Visa holders

-Able to start work immediately

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and organise documents and administrative files

-Actively research new companies for internship placements

-Support student management and communication

-Assist with education-related and HR administrative tasks

Qualifications

-Proficient in MS software and strong attention to detail and accuracy

-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

-Major or Experience in HR, Education, or related fields preferred

-Able to work collaboratively and inclusively in a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $100.00 – $150.00 per week
