Bathrooms should be both functional and beautiful and we have created a our flagship showroom in Mornington where homeowners, designers, and builders come to bring their ideas to life. Now that we're up and running we're looking for a Showroom Manager who can run the daily operations a well as build and maintain lasting relationships.

As we continue to grow, we need someone who can lead a small team with confidence, drive sales with integrity, and bring genuine warmth to every customer interaction. If you're organised, design-minded, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment this is your opportunity to help shape our next chapter.

A few key responsibilities...

  • Lead and inspire a 3–5 person showroom team
  • Drive sales and build ongoing client relationships
  • Work closely with the business owner on growth strategies
  • Oversee showroom presentation, displays, and daily operations

What we need from you...

  • Previous experience in showroom or retail management (bathware/interiors preferred)
  • Proven sales or business development background
  • Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
  • A proactive, "no job too small" attitude
