Role Description
This is an on-site role located in Brisbane City, QLD, for a Buyers Agent. The Buyers Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in purchasing properties, providing personalized guidance throughout the buying process, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting property searches, negotiating purchase terms, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The role also involves assisting with buyer representation and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills
- Hold a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Residential Real Estate and Buyer Representation
- Strong Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Brisbane City, QLD
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is beneficial
