Join the team driving the digital heartbeat of MyState within Technology. As a key member of the Customer Facing Digital Solutions team, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering, supporting, and evolving the business applications that shape our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and develop detailed systems specifications.
  • Recommend and implement changes to systems and processes that improve operational efficiency and first-time quality.
  • Provide third-level application support and liaise with internal teams and external providers.
  • Assist with the implementation of new software and enhancements to existing applications.
  • Maintain documentation including test scripts, procedures, and system standards.
  • Coordinate and execute testing activities under project or change management frameworks.
  • Report regularly on project progress and contribute to strong service delivery outcomes.

What You'll Bring

  • Formal tertiary qualifications in IT or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in applications development and support.
  • Experience in financial services is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for chasing the better.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
