Business Analyst

You'll focus on one or more of the following areas:

  • Finance
  • Procurement
  • HR

What you'll do:

  • Lead discovery and needs analysis to shape project scope and objectives
  • Engage stakeholders to capture business problems and define requirements
  • Develop business cases and initiative documentation
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to analyse root causes and define solutions
  • Translate business needs into clear, solution-neutral requirements

What you bring:

  • 5+ years as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
  • Strong experience in tech-enabled transformation (Finance/Procurement/HR)
  • Proven ability to develop business cases and investment proposals
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems (highly desirable)
