WE ARE LOOKING FOR LIKE-MINDED STAFF TO COMPLEMENT OUR GROWING BREAD TEAM.

AS WE USE ONLY NATURAL INGREDIENTS ( NO PREMIXES) AND SMALLER FLOUR MILLS , YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE AN INTEREST IN THE ARTISAN APPROACH, WHICH INVOLVES HAND MOULDING AND A DESIRE TO HELP CREATE PRODUCTS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO ENHANCE GOOD HEALTH.

YOU WILL ENJOY A GOOD WORK / LIFESTYLE BALANCE; SHIFTS ARE USUALLY OF 8 HOURS DURATION, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 6AM AND 10PM, WITH WEEKEND AND EVENING WORK DETERMINED BY A ROTATING ROSTER.

THIS POSITION IS OFFERED AS A PERMANENT POSITION TO ELIGIBLE APPLICANTS, AFTER A PROBATIONARY PERIOD

WE WILL CONSIDER NEW GRADUATES AND QUALIFIED BAKERS | PASTRY CHEFS, STUDENT BAKERS

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA.
