About the Role

KPay Group is looking for a
Technical Support Officer
to join our growing Australian team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical issues, providing timely, hands-on support both remotely and on-site. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure our IT infrastructure runs smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone with a
strong technical foundation

, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will play a key role in maintaining user satisfaction, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement of our IT support processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide remote and
    field IT support
    for clients, troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Update and maintain CRM systems accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Escalate critical or complex issues to the Engineering team.
  • Contribute to a support knowledge base with clear, helpful documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to improve user experience.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years' experience
    in technical support, helpdesk, or IT support (preferably in
    fintech, SaaS, or software
    ).
  • Comfortable providing
    on-site/field IT support
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems, and accurate data entry.
  • Understanding of APIs, basic HTML/CSS, or browser dev tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a
    customer-first mindset
    .
  • Must have
    unrestricted work rights in Australia
    (visa sponsorship not available).
