About the role : The Dynamics Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and governing scalable solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your focus will be on leading solution design, providing technical leadership to delivery teams, and ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and reusable.

Required skills and competencies :

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
  • Strong track record in enterprise solution design, including multi-environment deployments, layered architecture, and CI/CD pipeline practices.
  • Integration expertise with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, enterprise service bus (ESB) technologies, and messaging patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance in large organisations, ideally within the government or public sector.
  • Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to represent technical recommendations in governance forums.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to balancing delivery needs against long-term sustainability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, fostering best practice and continuous improvement.
