About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to help design and deliver enterprise-scale technology solutions within a large government program. This role will see you work across cloud and on-premises environments, with a focus on building secure, scalable, and innovative systems.

You will be involved in modernising existing platforms, improving data management and system integration, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams, you will play a key role in shaping solutions that directly improve services and outcomes for the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and document current and future-state solution architectures.
  • Assess existing systems and recommend secure, scalable improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance with enterprise policies and standards.
  • Support the development of technical requirements and solution options.
  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver innovative, reliable, and efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives and innovation activities.
About You
  • 5+ years' experience as a Solution Architect in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong background across business, application, technology, and information security domains.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud solutions, software engineering, and data-driven systems.
  • Solid understanding of system security measures and architectural best practices.
  • TOGAF or AWS certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience with devices, sensors, or intelligent systems is an advantage.
