Key Responsibilities
  • Implement quality objectives aligned with sector SHEQ strategy at site level.
  • Review client specifications to ensure all QA/QC deliverables are compliant and captured.
  • Oversee quality programs throughout project delivery and report on performance, including defects and non-conformance.
  • Conduct inspections and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Manage documentation: collect, verify, and securely store all QA/QC records.
  • Review ITPs, manage Hold and Witness Points, and ensure compliance with project and Ventia standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to uphold quality standards and meet client expectations.
  • Support the QA Manager in mentoring staff and improving the QMS.
  • Balance stakeholder needs and contribute to overall contract and business success.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality-focused role within the construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate travel and site logistics across the Parklands Zone.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes, ITPs, specifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to engage with clients and contractors and provide clear, assertive guidance when needed.
  • Ability to implement contract-level quality objectives and articulate those goals to operational leads.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying industry specifications and standards.
  • A solutions-focused, collaborative approach to working across teams and stakeholder groups.
