Structural Foreman

Our current portfolio includes: - 92 Apts Edmondson Park (Sydney) under way to podium dwellings at Leppington (Sydney) Commencing July luxury absolute beachfront apartments across 26 storeys at Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast) Commencing Oct 2025 With a strong pipeline and a reputation for quality, innovation, and delivery, we are seeking a dedicated fulltime Structural Foreman / General Foreman to join our site team immediately at Edmondson Park.

The Role

Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, the Structural Foreman will take responsibility for all structural elements from podium to roof slab. This is a pivotal role requiring technical strength, leadership, and a proactive approach to programme and safety.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and coordinate all structural trades including formwork, reinforcement, concrete, and cranage.

· Ensure works are delivered in line with engineering specifications, design intent, and programme requirements.

· Enforce WHS compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a safe working environment.

· Liaise daily with the Project Manager, Engineers, and Site Manager to monitor progress and resolve issues.

· Drive productivity on site while maintaining the highest standards of quality and site discipline.

About You

· Minimum 5 years' experience in a Foreman or Leading Hand role on structural concrete works.

· Strong technical understanding of mid-rise and high-rise construction, particularly concrete frames and PT slabs.

· Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.

· Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

· A results-driven approach with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

· Use, complete and maintain ITP processes by Xsite and collate the trades ITP's

· Builder – Contractor License with a Class 2 Building Practitioner Registration under the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (DBP Act).
