About the Role

Based in Aspley, this role is perfect for an experienced Commercial Property Manager or a Residential Property Manager ready to take the next step into Commercial. You'll manage a quality portfolio (slow build up) and a real focus on service. Full training and mentoring will be provided if you're coming from residential, giving you the chance to gain exposure and grow your career in the commercial space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high-quality commercial portfolio with a service-first approach
  • Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive, close-knit team
  • Gain exposure to commercial property management through structured training

About You

  • Experience in property management (commercial or residential)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, service-driven approach with an eagerness to learn
  • Desire to grow long term within a national business
