What's the role?
This position is accountable for delivering class leading reporting and BI development practices. This role is part of the team responsible for end-to-end development of reporting and application solutions required to support business outcomes. The role reports to the Principal Manager (Technology Asset and Cost Management) and sits within the Integrated Product Services area of the I&SM business unit of Customer Service & Technology.

What do I need?

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in data storytelling and user experience (UX) design to create intuitive and impactful dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end BI development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and delivering insights aligned with business goals.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability uplift.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and learning.
