About Us

Super Stars Early Learning Centre & OSHC, Cooloongup is expanding and looking for a dedicated educator to support our growing community. We're a medium-sized early childhood education centre dedicated to providing exceptional care and enriching learning experiences for every child in our community. We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be punctual, reliable, and passionate about delivering the high standard of care and education to children in our community. This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, worked across five days a week or four days a week.

Qualifications & experience


• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or actively working towards.


• First Aid Training, Anaphylaxis training and Asthma Training.


• A passion for childcare with motivation to grow and be a part of our team.


• A clear and current Working with Children Check.


• Child Protection Training/ Mandatory Report. National Police Check.


• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework.


• Must have a current Australian driver license (Class C).


• Consistent and responsible work ethic.

Tasks & responsibilities


• Support and develop a quality program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.


• Develop strong professional relationships with children, families and other educators.


• Active Supervision. Supervise and interact with the children.


• Assist children with their learning and complete observations that provide opportunities for further planning which builds on children's capabilities.


• Work as an integral part of a positive team ensuring a smooth running centre.


• Before and after school care, including school drop off and pick up from local primary schools (requires Australian Class C license)


• Support children with challenging behaviors using consistent, responsible, and behavior guidance strategies.
