We are seeking an enthusiastic Diploma Educator - to join our team at Hurstbridge Children's Centre.

Hurstbridge Children's Centre is a lovely, welcoming childcare centre housed within Hurstbridge's new state-of-the-art community centre. We deliver high quality and inclusive early education and care for children aged three months to five years.

This is a full-time ongoing position, Monday to Friday, working a total of 38 hours per week.

About you

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. 
You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. 
You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. 
You have a drive to grow and improve continually. 
You value kindness and respect. 
You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. 
You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. 

About the role

You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.
You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. 
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. 
You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
