We have Diploma Educator opportunities across multiple sessional kindergartens in Darebin and Banyule City Council These break-cover roles are ideal for those seeking work–life balance and offer a fantastic opportunity to build experience in a sessional kindergarten environment.

Which role interests you the most?

Greenhills Preschool: 6 hours per week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11:30am - 1:30pmGreensborough Preschool: 7 hours per week on a Monday and Wednesday 11:30am - 3:00pmKeon Park Children's Hub:  hours per week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 12:00pm - 2:00pmSt Helena Preschool: 6 hours per week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 12:00pm - 2:00pmYallambie Park Preschool: 12 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday between 12:00pm - 3:00pm

About you

You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. 
You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. 
You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. 
You have a drive to grow and improve continually. 
You value kindness and respect. 
You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. 
You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent/studying, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.

About the role

You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow. 
You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. 
You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. 
You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
