The firm:

Join a well-established global law firm renowned for its expertise in emerging markets. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing team that delivers strategic guidance and tailored solutions to a high-net-worth client base. 

The role: 

  • Administrative support to two main partners, along with fee earners in the practice group
  • Managing and opening new files and preparing documentation and correspondence
  • Executing monthly billing process
  • Preparing documentation and correspondence
  • Corresponding with key clients
  • Assistance with business development activities

The ideal candidate:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a legal secretary or administration professional from a professional services background 
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A can-do attitude
