THE ROLE – Make an Impact

Are you detail-driven, commercially sharp, and confident navigating complex contracts? Got a strong grasp of the legal ins and outs of contractual agreements—or even a legal background?

As our Senior Contracts Specialist, you'll report to the Contracts Manager and play a key role in our transition into steady-state operations. Based in our premium Perth office, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting key contract activities across the business as we move into production and tackle ad hoc projects.
  • Assisting multiple departments with procurement, commercial advice, contracts for equipment and construction.
  • Managing contracts through pre-award and execution phases—tendering, awarding, and overseeing service agreements across operational and project scopes.
What You Bring

We're after someone who combines commercial acumen with problem-solving confidence and sharp attention to detail.

You'll ideally have:

  • 5+ years of contracts-related experience, with 3–5 years in mining, construction, or agriculture.
  • A strong understanding of contractual and legal frameworks.
  • Background in procurement, tendering, and supplier performance management.
  • Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience in start-up or operational mining environments.
  • Proficiency in Office 365, Pronto, Aconex, and INX.
