About the Role

TBS (Aust) Pty Ltd is a fast-growing Australian manufacturer of roller blinds, roman blinds, curtains, curtain tracks, and hospital tracking systems.

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic Production Workers to join our team in Campbellfield.

This is a hands-on role assisting with the manufacture and assembly of our window furnishing products. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team where quality, teamwork, and safety come first.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Assisting with the manufacture of blinds, curtains, and tracking systems
  • Cutting, assembling, and quality-checking products
  • Operating hand tools and light production machinery (training provided)
  • Maintaining safety and quality standards
  • Supporting general factory operations and production flow

What We're Looking For
  • Previous factory, production, or assembly experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Full working rights in Australia
