Golding are seeking experienced Multiskilled Operators to join our team at Kogan Creek Mine, near Chinchilla. With a 4-year contract extension, our operations are secured until June 2030, offering long-term career opportunities.

Permanent roles available

Residential role (no accommodation provided)

4-day roster (Monday – Thursday), rotating fortnightly between day and night shifts

We are looking for Multiskilled Operators that can operate and are experienced in operating at least two of the following:

  • Excavators (highly regarded): Hitachi EX 1900, EX 2600, Komatsu PC3000
  • Dozers: Komatsu 375 & 475
  • Graders: Caterpillar 16H & 16M
  • Haul Trucks: Caterpillar 785
  • Water Trucks: Komatsu 785

Role requirements

  • Local residential address(within 1 hour from Kogan Creek Mine) is essential;
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and site compliance;
  • Proven ability to work productively and professionally;
  • Current Training Transcripts;
  • Current Drivers Licence;
  • Current Standard 11;
  • Current Coal Board Medical (or ability to pass);
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & D&A as required;
  • Current Trainer Assessor qualifications and/or experience in a mining environment would be highly regarded;
  • People with pit dewatering experience are also encouraged to apply.
