Key Responsibilities

  • Excavator Operation – Sorting and assessing loads delivered to the landfill
  • Resource Recovery & Waste Management – Manual handling tasks to support recycling efforts
  • Landfill Operations – Training provided for the right candidate
  • Team Collaboration – Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment

What we are looking for:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Loader / Compactor licence
  • HR drivers licence, desirable
  • Forklift licence, desirable
  • Experience in plant and machinery operations
  • A passion for sustainability and recycling
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and punctuality to support a busy team.
  • A commitment to workplace safety and following protocols.
