About the Role

Concretive Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our civil works team. This is a full-time position, with the majority of projects located in Flagstone, QLD. You'll be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a 14-ton excavator across a variety of construction works.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate a 14-ton excavator on civil construction projects (primarily in Flagstone)
  • Carry out pre-start checks and routine machine maintenance
  • Use GPS machine guidance to complete excavation to spec
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Keep accurate records of work completed and equipment use

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience on Excavator with GPS (essential)
  • Competence in reading site plans and following excavation requirements
  • Excellent mechanical knowledge and ability to complete routine checks
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current drivers licence
  • White Card and full PPE
