Contracts Administrator – DURA Construction Group (Wollongong Region)

DURA Construction Group is a fast-growing company built on strong relationships across the Illawarra region, with both clients and trades alike. As part of our ongoing expansion, we're seeking a Contracts Administrator with solid construction experience who is based in or around Wollongong.

We're looking for more than just a CA, we're looking for someone special. Someone who's motivated, passionate, and driven to grow into high-level project management and construction operations. Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs using estimating software such as BlueBeam or similar.
  • Proactively forecast and order materials and supplies for upcoming construction stages.
  • Write detailed scopes of work and subcontractor agreements.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications with precision.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and evaluate tenders for multiple project types.
  • Prepare key site documentation, including SWMS, Site Registers & Inductions.
  • Review site documents for compliance and risk management.
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather pricing and technical information.
  • Review contracts and prepare accurate project budgets.
  • Assist with material procurement and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Organise and lodge CC/OC requirements with Certifiers & NSW Planning Portal.
  • Keep all project documentation well-organised within internal management systems.
  • Provide support to General Management and Project Managers as needed.

About You
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience (5 years preferred).
  • Based locally in the Wollongong area for team collaboration.
  • Hold a relevant industry qualification.
  • Strong construction knowledge and understanding of project lifecycles.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Eager to learn and grow into senior project and operational roles.
  • Team-focused, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering quality work.
