Delivery Centric is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Cards and Payments, including Mastercard, Visa, and other card schemes. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional who can work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise-level payment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical card services projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic financial services environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Cards and Payments projects.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for Mastercard, Visa, and related payment systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery.
  • Conduct process mapping, impact analysis, and gap analysis to support improvements in card services.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security guidelines relevant to card processing.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and validation to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain clear documentation and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing within the team.

*Qualifications & Skills*

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Cards and Payments domain.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Mastercard, Visa, and other card network operations.
  • Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable specifications.
  • Experience in process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the payments industry is a plus.
