We are now seeking an experienced Estimator/Scheduler to join our team for an upcoming high-rise development in Claremont. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a luxury apartment project that will become a defining feature in Perth's built landscape.

About the Role

  • Prepare full estimates and variations for new luxury residential projects, including quantity take offs, recipe build ups, and complete pricing breakdowns.
  • Conduct margin reviews to ensure commercial accuracy and alignment with contract expectations.
  • Review subcontractor and supplier quotes, confirming scope, inclusions, exclusions, and compliance with project documentation.
  • Manage project budgets by tracking estimates versus actuals, identifying variances, and supporting timely resolution.
  • Issue purchase orders and review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and alignment with agreed pricing.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules from a procurement and purchase order perspective, including long lead item tracking.
  • Liaise closely with the construction team to support planning, cost clarity, and program alignment.
  • Maintain strong documentation, precise data entry, and consistent reporting to support transparent project delivery.
  • Uphold luxury market expectations through meticulous attention to detail and structured workflow management.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in high-end or luxury residential construction.
  • Strong capability in take offs, recipe build ups, and full cost estimating.
  • Confidence reviewing quotes and confirming scope of works against contract documents.
  • Experience managing budgets and understanding cost impacts across project stages.
  • Solid understanding of WA residential construction methods and local market pricing.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational discipline.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with construction teams and suppliers.
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset with strong problem solving capability.
  • Competence with estimating and scheduling software, supported by strong Excel skills.
