  • Establish KPIs and digital tools for localization performance tracking
  • Optimize last-mile delivery processes to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) rates
  • Capability Building
  • Identify delivery capability gaps and drive solutions (e.g., 3PL partnerships, warehouse optimization)
  • Increase local fulfillment ratio through strategic vendor development
  • Routine Operations
  • Monitor monthly order fulfillment metrics
  • Resolve supply chain bottlenecks to ensure sales target achievement

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in delivery/logistics/supply chain (Australia market experience preferred)
  • Results-driven with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Business-level English proficiency
