- Generous PD Budget – $1,000 annually, plus team training and case conferencing.
- Connection & Culture – Quarterly team bonding, collaborative planning, and a workplace where your ideas and wellbeing matter.
- Flexibility – Choose part-time, casual, or contractor arrangements that suit your season of life.
- Room to Grow – Whether you're learning the ropes or stepping into more independence, we'll support your career path.
About You
You'll be a great fit if you are:
- Passionate about working with children and families.
- Energetic, fun, and eager to grow your skills.
- Organised, reliable, and values-driven.
- A strong communicator who thrives on collaboration.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for clients with communication and/or swallowing needs.
