We have just launched our **Work Health and Safety Plan 2024-2027** and we’ll be honest - it’s ambitious, but achievable, and we want you to be on the implementation journey with us. You will be pivotal in bringing about cultural change where continuous improvement of all aspects of workplace health and safety becomes, “_just the way we do things around here_”. Most importantly, you’ll be part of the dedicated WHS team making sure our employees are equipped to work safely, and go home each night uninjured and unhurt.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including report writing skills
- Developed knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations, practices, procedures and standards
- Knowledge of contemporary injury management and risk management practices and principles
- Experience in WHS management within a multidisciplinary organisation
- Experience in the development and implementation of safety policies, strategies and procedures
- Tertiary qualification in WHS or equivalent
- Current unrestricted ‘C’ class driver’s licence

We are offering a gross salary of **$87,585 to $94,072** per annum depending on skills and experience. But this job is so much more than the money.
