We aim to deliver high-quality, patient centered imaging services to the local community, with a strong focus on Workcover patients, general practice, and allied health referrals. About the Role

As our Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, referrers, and visitors. You'll manage bookings, handle patient enquiries, and support the daily operation of our front desk. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role in a fast-paced but supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage appointments, phone enquiries, and patient intake
  • Process Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, and private billing
  • Maintain accurate patient records and data entry
  • Support the clinical team with administrative tasks
  • Keep the reception area tidy and welcoming

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a receptionist or admin role, ideally in healthcare
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with medical software (e.g., RIS/PACS) desirable
  • A genuine commitment to patient care and confidentiality
