Join us as an Assistant Nurse or Personal Care Worker. You'll be offered shifts across a variety of residential aged care settings and hospitals. Working within a person-centred care framework, you'll provide essential personal support and care.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Provide personal care and assist with other ADL's
  • Assist with mobility and safe transfers
  • Help with routines and meals
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Accurately document and report changes in resident condition

About You:

You're a reliable and Assistant Nurse/ Personal Care Worker who's ready to hit the ground running. You bring compassion, flexibility and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred care and a solid working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards.

To be successful, you will have: 

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support with a minimum of 988 hours of paid Australian experience in an aged care or hospital setting within the last 12 months.

Or

  • EN & RN Students – must have completed 1 full year of Diploma/ Degree with 2 placements in the last 12 months (1 aged care, 1 clinical).

Additional Requirements:

  • Current National Police Check
  • Evidence of up-to-date immunisation history
  • Current work rights in Australia
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current Basic Life Support or CPR certificate
