About You:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in Residential Aged Care is highly regarded.
  • A compassionate, enthusiastic, and team-focused approach to care.
  • Reliable and committed to providing consistent care for our residents.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Understanding of documentation and reporting requirements
  • A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
