Regional Manager

The Role

We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Victoria

In this leadership role, you will oversee a portfolio of GAZMAN stores, guiding and supporting our Store Managers to drive performance and profitability across the region. This hands-on role is ideal for a dynamic retail leader with a strong background in menswear or fashion. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service, fostering open communication, and ensuring your team is aligned with company goals, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Oversee the daily operations of 15 Victorian retail stores, ensuring excellence in all aspects of performance
• Provide ongoing coaching, leadership, and development to Store Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
• Proactively drive sales growth while effectively managing wages and minimising stock loss
• Ensure operational standards are consistently met across areas such as inventory control, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and OH&S compliance
• Recruit top-tier talent and deliver a comprehensive, engaging induction experience
• Build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders across the wider business

What We're Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of multi-site retail management experience, ideally across 15+ stores
• Strong commercial acumen with solid experience in managing P&L performance
• A genuine passion for and understanding of the GAZMAN brand
• A hands-on, experienced leader with excellent mentoring and coaching abilities
• Proven ability to build a team culture based on trust, accountability, and motivation
• Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to brand presentation
• Exceptional communication skills with a high level of people and relationship management
• Demonstrated success in fast-paced, KPI-driven retail environments
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement and innovation
