What You'll Do
- Greet and assist guests in person and over the phone, delivering warm and professional service
- Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial transactions accurately
- Serve food and beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in line with RSA and brand standards
- Maximise revenue through upselling rooms, facilities, and F&B options
- Anticipate and resolve guest issues promptly to ensure a memorable stay
- Collaborate with other departments to create a smooth, guest-focused experience
- Maintain high standards of safety, security, and compliance
About You
- Previous hotel, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required
- Friendly, confident, and professional communicator with problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Passionate about hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Flexible to support both front office and food & beverage service
