  • Salary range: $76,963 to $85,591 p.a. (AO3)
  • 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
  • 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
  • Plus great Salary Sacrificing options

About your opportunity

  • Provide administrative support to the RHSG Medical Director and Nursing Director, including preparing high-quality documents and records, screening inquiries, managing diaries, and ensuring timely provision of necessary documentation.
  • Monitor RHSG staff positions, movement forms, leave requests, professional development leave, and conference applications through myHR and the RHSG Workforce account, ensuring all information is available for approval by the relevant delegate.
  • Prioritise incoming correspondence, papers, and reports, determining the necessary actions.

Requirements:

This position requires the incumbent to operate a class "C" motor vehicle and an appropriate licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.

Highly desirable:

Whilst not mandatory, prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating administration experience and advanced computer skills will be highly regarded.
