ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Student Enrolment Partner, your key responsibilities will be-
- Respond to simple and complex course enquiries from lead through to enrolment
- Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to ensure student satisfaction
- Enter and maintain accurate data into the client relationship management and student management systems
- Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels
- Provide ongoing feedback to relevant Team Leader regarding processes and or challenges.
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as employers, schools and other education providers to explore pathway options for learners
- Collaborate and build strong working relationships with the wider Student Enrolment Services team, partner delivery area, and Academic Administration to continuously optimise the enquiry and enrolment experience.
ABOUT YOU
You will be undergraduate degree qualified, ideally in business, commerce, or public relations, or have equivalent business and/or marketing experience, ideally with a tertiary provider.
You will also have-
- Good interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to build rapport
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate presentations using online tools
- Confident manner when communicating via multiple channels (for example, telephone, email, webchat, face-to-face and social media)
- Effective self-management skills including the ability to prioritise, problem solve, meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and autonomously
