The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated Construction Cadet to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone studying or recently graduated in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field who wants hands-on experience on large-scale apartment developments.

You'll be mentored by experienced site and project managers, gaining exposure to all aspects of construction delivery — from procurement and contracts to site management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist the site team with daily project coordination and documentation


• Support procurement processes, including subcontractor quotes and scope reviews


• Help monitor quality, safety, and compliance on-site


• Maintain project records, reports, and schedules


• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers


• Learn to interpret and review construction drawings and specifications

About You


• Studying or recently completed a Bachelor of Construction Management (or similar)


• Passionate about apartment and commercial construction


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude


• Comfortable working both on-site and in the office


• Basic understanding of construction documentation, WHS, and project phases
