As the Senior Partner - Procurement, you will play a key role in shaping how we source and manage a diverse supplier base — from lawn maintenance to specialist allied health services — these all contributing to our purpose.
You will lead a highly engaged and passionate small team, working closely with other senior leaders and the Head of Function to enable smarter, more efficient procurement practices.

Your Role
- Lead and mentor your team, support their development and career goals.
- Partner with departments across the business to identify and deliver strategic procurement opportunities.
- Support senior leaders with both strategic advice and operational execution.
- Enable initiatives that improve efficiency and smarter procurement, using technology and best practice.
- Manage relationships across a diverse supplier base and navigating government-funded schemes and private sector partnerships.
You'll Bring:
- A degree in a commercial or supply chain discipline (e.g., Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Logistics, Contract Management) — desirable.
- Proven experience in procurement, commercial, or category management in a fast-paced organisation, or leading a centralised procurement function in a large, human services business.
- Experience working in regulated industries and understanding public-private sector relationships.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Proven experience managing competing priorities.
- A leadership style that inspires and supports others.
- Alignment with integratedliving's values and purpose-driven culture.
Your Reward and Benefits:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 plus super, depending on experience and qualifications.
